Ranch Yogurt Dressing:

  • 3 tbsp mayo
  • 1 tbsp dairy-free milk, unsweetened
  • 3 tbsp dairy-free yogurt, unsweetened.
  • 1 tbsp coconut aminos
  • coarse sea salt and black pepper, to taste

Tatsoi Salad:

  • 7 oz carrots, about 2 large
  • 7 oz English cucumber
  • 5 oz Copiana tatsoi
  • 2 oz mizuna, or baby arugula
  • 2 oz mixed greens of choice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Toasted sesame seeds
  • Coarse sea salt to taste


  1. Mix ranch yogurt dressing and toss it into your salad. Set aside in the fridge until ready to use.
